Refund Policy

Thank you for training with us!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your session. If for any reason you're not, please contact us at goalielama@gmail.com.​​ We'll do our best to make it right! 

 

1. Session Cancellations

If you cannot make a scheduled session, canceling within 24 hours before the session is greatly appreciated. Doing so opens up scheduling for other athletes.

2. Session Refunds

Will be granted on a case by case basis, as we'll do everything to make each session a success!

If a refund is agreed upon, we'll issue via Venmo, Paypal or another digital payment method agreed upon within 48 hours.
